What happens to your message

Anything you send through this form or by email goes to a normal mailbox that a person reads. We use it to answer you, and to spot patterns — if four people report the same broken behaviour in a week, that moves to the top of the list.

We do not add you to a mailing list, we do not pass your address to anyone else, and we do not use it to advertise to you. If your message needs no reply, it gets deleted once it has been dealt with. If you would like us to delete an earlier message and the address attached to it, just ask and we will confirm when it is done.

One practical note: this contact form is a front-end layout. If you have just downloaded or deployed this site yourself, connect the form to your own mail script or form service before relying on it — until then it validates and confirms in the browser, but does not deliver anything.
