These Terms and Conditions govern your use of https://weblytic.space ("the website") and your purchase of digital products from Weblytic Store, operated by V Abhishek ("we", "us"). By using the website or placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Products

All products sold on this website are digital products — ebooks, templates, icon packs, prompt packs and similar files — delivered electronically. No physical goods are sold or shipped. Product descriptions, formats and page counts are described as accurately as possible; sample files are provided where available so you can check a product before buying.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). The price shown at checkout is the total amount you pay. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay using UPI, cards, net banking or wallets. An order is confirmed only after the payment has been successfully verified.

3. Delivery

Files are delivered instantly after successful payment, through download buttons on the confirmation page and an email to the address you provide. Please enter your email carefully — delivery depends on it. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

4. Download limits

Each download link can be used a limited number of times and may expire after a set number of days, as shown on your confirmation page and email. Please save your files once downloaded. If a link expires or runs out, contact us and we will help.

5. Licence to use

When you buy a product you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it according to the licence shown on the product page (for example, Personal or Commercial). Ownership and copyright remain with us. Unless your licence expressly allows it, you may not resell, share, redistribute, sub-license, upload to file-sharing sites, or claim the product as your own work.

6. Refunds

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, refunds are limited to the situations described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may cancel orders or revoke download access in cases of fraud, chargeback abuse or breach of licence.

8. Reviews and content you submit

By submitting a review you confirm it reflects your genuine experience and grant us permission to display it on the website. We may moderate or remove reviews that are abusive, off-topic or misleading.

9. Limitation of liability

Products are provided "as is" for educational and productivity purposes. Results from using ebooks, templates or prompts depend on how you use them and are not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
