Refund & Cancellation Policy
What happens if the membership is not what you expected, and how to get your ₹20 back.
Last updated: 17 September 2026
1. The short version
If the tools do not work for you, tell us within seven days and we refund you in full. We will ask what went wrong, because that is how the tools get better, but the answer is not a condition of the refund.
Try before you buy. The three tools are described in detail on the tools page, and the free Open Graph previewer shows you the standard of work before any money changes hands. Please read what is included so a refund is not needed in the first place.
2. What you are buying
A single payment of ₹20 (twenty Indian Rupees) gives one person lifetime access to three browser-based image tools: the Favicon Generator, the Image Cropper and the Bulk Image Compressor. It is a one-time purchase of a digital service. No subscription is created, no recurring mandate is registered, and no physical goods are involved.
3. Cancellation
There is nothing to cancel, because there is no recurring charge. The site does not create subscriptions, standing instructions, or auto-debit mandates of any kind, so you will never be billed a second time. You do not need to do anything to stop future payments — there are none.
If you simply want to stop using the tools, close the tab. Your access stays valid in case you change your mind.
4. When we refund
We will refund your ₹20 in full, within seven days of purchase, if:
- The tools do not work in your browser and we cannot fix it for you.
- You paid and never received working access, and we could not activate it.
- You were charged more than once for the same membership.
- The tools are not what the site led you to expect.
- You changed your mind. You do not have to justify this.
Duplicate charges are refunded whenever they happen, not only inside seven days. If you have paid twice for the same membership at any point, tell us and the extra payment comes back.
5. When we may decline
We would rather not have a list here at all, but being clear is fairer than being vague. A refund may be declined where:
- More than seven days have passed since purchase, and the reason is not a duplicate charge or a failure on our side.
- The access key has clearly been shared or published for others to use.
- The request is an attempt to obtain a refund while retaining access through a second membership.
- The request relates to something outside our control — your internet connection, a browser we have never supported, or a device without enough memory for a very large batch.
Even in these cases, write to us first. Circumstances differ and we would rather hear you out than hide behind a clause.
6. How to request a refund
Email contact@weblytic.space, or use the contact form, from the email address you used to buy. Please include:
- The email address used at checkout.
- Your Razorpay payment id, if you still have the receipt. It begins with
pay_and makes this instant. - A line about what went wrong, if anything did.
We acknowledge every request within two working days. Most are approved the same day they are read.
7. How long it takes
Once approved, the refund is issued through Razorpay to the original payment method. We cannot send it anywhere else — that restriction comes from the payment processor, not from us.
Razorpay processes refunds within 5 to 7 working days. How quickly it then appears depends on your bank or UPI provider. UPI refunds are often visible within a day or two; card refunds can take up to a full billing cycle to show on a statement. That last stretch is entirely in your bank's hands, and neither we nor Razorpay can speed it up.
If ten working days have passed since we confirmed a refund and nothing has arrived, contact us. We will send you the Razorpay refund reference, which is what your bank will ask for.
8. What happens to your access
When a refund is issued, the membership attached to that payment is deactivated and the access key stops working. That is the natural consequence of returning the purchase, and it takes effect once the refund is processed.
You are welcome to buy again later. Nothing is held against you.
9. Failed and pending payments
If a payment fails, no membership is created and no money is captured. Occasionally a bank will show an amount as "pending" or "blocked" on a failed transaction — that is an authorisation hold, and it is released automatically, usually within a few days. There is nothing for us to refund in that situation because we never received the money.
If money has genuinely left your account but the tools did not unlock, that is a different matter and we will sort it out. Send us the payment id and we will either activate your access or refund you, whichever you prefer.
10. Chargebacks
Please write to us before raising a dispute with your bank. A chargeback on a ₹20 transaction costs everyone involved far more than the amount in question, takes weeks, and we would almost certainly have refunded you within a day if asked. Our inbox is open and a person reads it.
