Return Policy
There is nothing physical to send back, so a return here means a refund. This page explains what that means in practice.

1. Nothing is shipped, so nothing can be returned
Weblytic sells exactly one thing: lifetime access to three browser-based image tools for a one-time payment of ₹20. No physical product is manufactured, packed, posted or delivered to an address. There is no box, no courier, and no tracking number.
That means the usual mechanics of a return — send the item back in its original packaging, wait for it to be inspected, receive your money once it arrives — simply do not apply. A return of a digital service is a refund. This page exists because that is a fair question to ask before buying, and because payment processors reasonably expect it to be answered somewhere.
In short: if you want to return your membership, ask for a refund and we will give you one. The full terms are on the Refund & Cancellation Policy page — this page summarises them and explains why a return works the way it does.
2. How a return works here
Email contact@weblytic.space from the
address you bought with, within seven days of purchase, and say you would like to
return your membership. Include your Razorpay payment id if you have it — it begins
with pay_ and makes the whole thing instant.
We acknowledge within two working days. Once approved, the ₹20 goes back through Razorpay to the method you paid with, and your access key is deactivated. Razorpay takes 5 to 7 working days to process, after which how quickly it appears is down to your bank.
You do not need to give a reason. We will probably ask what did not work, because that is genuinely useful to us, but the refund is not conditional on you answering.
3. What you get back
The full ₹20. We do not deduct a processing fee, a restocking fee, or a charge for the days you had access. The amount that left your account is the amount that comes back.
4. What happens to your access
When a return is processed, the membership tied to that payment is deactivated and the access key stops working across every device. Keeping the product and the money is not a return, and we assume nobody reading this expected otherwise.
Anything you created with the tools before the return — favicons, cropped images, compressed files — is yours to keep and use. Those files were generated on your own device and were never ours to take back. There is no licence attached to the output.
5. Exchanges
There is nothing to exchange. The membership is a single product at a single price covering all three tools — there are no tiers, variants, sizes or add-ons to swap between. If you bought and it is not what you wanted, a refund is the only sensible remedy, and it is available.
6. Damaged or defective "goods"
The digital equivalent of a defect is a tool that does not work. If any of the three tools fails in a supported browser, that is on us, and you are entitled to either a fix or your money back, whichever you prefer.
Please try us on a fix first. A good number of reported failures turn out to be an unsupported file format — HEIC images from an iPhone are the usual culprit outside Safari — or a browser extension interfering with the page. Those take minutes to diagnose and you keep a working tool at the end of it. If we cannot fix it, the refund stands regardless of how many days have passed.
7. Your rights under Indian law
Nothing on this page reduces the rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other applicable Indian law. Where a legal right gives you more than this policy does, the law wins. This policy is written to be straightforward, not to carve out exceptions.
