Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. This is a digital service

Weblytic sells lifetime access to three browser-based image tools for a one-time payment of ₹20. Nothing physical is produced or dispatched. There is no courier, no tracking number, no delivery address to enter and no shipping charge — the ₹20 you see at checkout is the entire cost.

We do not ship to any country, because we do not ship at all. The service is available to anyone with an internet connection and a payment method Razorpay accepts.

2. When delivery happens

Immediately. The sequence is:

1. You complete payment in the Razorpay checkout window.
2. Razorpay confirms the payment to our server, which verifies the cryptographic signature on it.
3. An access key is generated and shown on screen within a second or two.
4. A copy of that key is emailed to the address you entered.
5. The three tools unlock in the browser you paid from, straight away.

In normal conditions the whole thing takes under five seconds. There is no manual approval step and nobody has to be awake for it to work.

3. Where it is delivered

To two places at once, deliberately. The key appears on the page in front of you the instant the payment is confirmed, so you have it even if email fails. And it is sent to the email address you entered at checkout, so you still have it tomorrow.

This is why the checkout asks for an email address and why it is worth using one you will still be able to reach in a year. It is the only record of your purchase that sits in your hands rather than ours.

4. If your key does not arrive

Check the obvious things first

Search your inbox for Weblytic rather than for the key, since you probably cannot remember the characters. Check the spam and promotions folders — automated email from a small domain lands there more often than anyone would like. Give it five minutes; mail is usually instant but not always.

If it still has not come

Your access is not lost. A server-side webhook from Razorpay acts as a safety net: even if your browser closed, your phone died, or your connection dropped during checkout, the payment is still received by our server and the membership is created and the key emailed anyway.

If neither route worked — which would mean both your browser session and our email failed on the same purchase — contact us with the email address you paid from and your Razorpay payment id if you have it. We look the payment up, confirm it, and send your key by hand. We aim to do this within one working day. Nobody who pays goes without access.

5. Delivery to multiple devices

One purchase, one key, as many of your own devices as you like. There is no device limit and no re-purchase needed to use the tools on your phone as well as your laptop. Each browser you unlock stays unlocked for a year at a time, and entering the key again resets that.

The membership is meant for one person's own use. Publishing your key or handing it round a team is outside what you bought — the Terms & Conditions cover this plainly.

6. Service availability

The tools are hosted on commercial web hosting and are intended to be available at all times. Occasional interruptions happen — maintenance, a host-side issue, a network problem between you and the server. These are usually short, and they do not affect your membership: your key keeps working and access resumes when the site does.

Once a tool page has loaded, the image processing itself runs entirely in your browser, so a connection drop mid-task does not lose your work.

7. No delivery charges, ever

There are no shipping fees, handling fees, delivery charges, taxes added at checkout, or any other cost on top. ₹20 is what you pay and there is no second payment at any point in the future.
