1. Who these terms are between

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website at https://weblytic.space/ and everything on it. "Weblytic", "we", "us" and "our" mean the operator of that website. "You" means anyone who visits it or buys the membership.

By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. Where you buy the membership, these terms form the contract for that purchase.

2. What the site offers

Two distinct things:

The Open Graph and meta tag previewer, on the homepage. Free, unlimited, no account, no email address required. It fetches a public web page you nominate and shows you how its meta tags would render on Google, Facebook, X and LinkedIn.

Three pro image tools — a favicon generator, an image cropper and a bulk image compressor. These require a paid membership. They run entirely in your browser and do not upload your files anywhere.

3. The membership

3.1 What you are buying

A one-time payment of ₹20 (twenty Indian Rupees) grants one person a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the three image tools for as long as the service remains available. No subscription is created and no recurring mandate is registered. You will not be charged again.

3.2 What "lifetime" means

Your access has no expiry date and no usage limit, and there is no mechanism by which it lapses. We will be straight about the limit of that promise: this is an independently run site, not a company with a guarantee to exist in perpetuity. If Weblytic were ever to close, we would announce it in advance rather than disappearing. "Lifetime" means the life of the service, and we are not going to pretend otherwise in the small print.

3.3 Your access key

You receive an access key at purchase, delivered on screen and by email. It is personal to you. You may use it on as many of your own devices as you like. You may not sell it, publish it, post it in a group, or distribute it for others to use.

Keeping the key safe is your responsibility. We will resend it free of charge, as often as needed, to the email address that made the purchase.

3.4 Suspension

We may deactivate a membership where the key has been shared publicly or distributed, where the service is being abused, or where a payment is reversed by the payer's bank. We will contact you first wherever it is practical to do so.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. We never receive, see or store your card number, UPI PIN, CVV, or any other payment credential — those go directly to Razorpay and are handled on their PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure. Your use of the checkout is also subject to Razorpay's own terms.

All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of any applicable taxes. There are no shipping charges, processing fees or hidden costs; ₹20 at checkout is the total. If a payment fails, no access is granted and no money is captured.

Refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy and the Return Policy, both of which form part of these terms. Delivery is described in the Shipping & Delivery Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the previewer for bulk or automated scraping of third-party websites.
• Attempt to reach private networks, internal hostnames or systems you are not authorised to access.
• Probe, overload, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or the servers it runs on.
• Circumvent, or attempt to circumvent, the membership check or any rate limit.
• Copy, mirror, resell or redistribute the tools or the site's code as your own product.
• Process images you do not have the right to process, or use the tools for anything unlawful.
• Use the site in any way that infringes the rights of a third party.

We may restrict or withdraw access, without notice, where we reasonably believe these terms are being broken.

6. Your content

Images you process with the tools never leave your device — the work is done by your own browser. We therefore acquire no rights over them, hold no copy of them, and could not access them if asked. Anything you produce with the tools is yours, without restriction and without attribution. You keep the output even if you later take a refund.

You are responsible for having the rights to the images you process.

7. Our content

The design, code, written guides and branding of this site are ours and are protected by copyright. You may read, print and reference the guidance freely, including quoting it with a link. You may not copy the site wholesale, republish its written content as your own, or redeploy its code as a competing product.

Third-party names and marks — Google, Facebook, Meta, X, Twitter, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, WordPress, Razorpay and others — belong to their owners and are used for identification only. No affiliation or endorsement is implied.

8. Availability and changes

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors. We may change, add or remove features, and may take the service down for maintenance.

If we make a material change that removes a tool you paid for, and no comparable replacement is provided, contact us — we will deal with that fairly rather than pointing at this paragraph.

9. No warranty on outcomes

The previewer's card mockups are reconstructions built from your page's tags, not renderings produced by the platforms themselves. Platforms change their layouts and cache aggressively. The guidance on this site reflects widely accepted best practice at the time of writing and is not a guarantee of any particular ranking, traffic level or result. The Disclaimer covers this in full and forms part of these terms.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or connected with your use of this site is limited to the amount you have actually paid us — which, for the membership, is ₹20.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost traffic, lost revenue, lost rankings, lost data, or a social share that did not render as you expected. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11. Privacy

What we collect and why is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: we keep your email address, your access key and Razorpay's payment reference. We do not store the URLs you check, the images you process, or any payment credential.

12. Third-party links and services

The site links to external websites and, by its nature, displays content from whichever page you ask the previewer to check. We do not control that content and are not responsible for it. The site also relies on third-party services — Razorpay for payments, our hosting provider, Google Fonts, an advertising network, and a CDN-hosted ZIP library — each governed by its own terms.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site changes or as the law does. The current version is always the one published here, dated at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms. Changes are not applied retrospectively to a purchase already made in a way that reduces what you bought.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that applies to you and cannot be contracted out of.

15. Severability

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, that part is treated as removed and the rest continues to apply.
